A focused, collaborative learning experience for rural principals designed to strengthen leadership capacity, deepen instructional coherence, and build a supportive network across districts.
Winter Session
• Evening of January 25, 2026 • Full day Monday, January 26, 2026 This session will center on analyzing district-level data to identify gaps in student learning, conduct curriculum audits aligned with equity priorities, understand current legal and policy shifts impacting equity, BOT work with Min sun and a well-being/motivation survey.
Spring Session
• Evening of March 15, 2026 • Full day Monday, March 16, 2026 The spring convening continues the cohort’s learning arc with applied leadership work, peer collaboration, and opportunities to refine school‑based action plans.·
